Great service, honest, and fast

Extremely nice staff, very transparent in their work. I took my GMC in after experience a minor issue. They did a thorough check, could not find anything wrong. Didn't load me up with a lot of repairs that I didn't need. They were very honest which is so unusual nowadays. Highly recommend for your automotive needs. I'll be back for new tires in a couple weeks!

I brought my 2015 Ram 1500 into Automotive Specialists for major front-end work, including a front differential replacement, wheel bearings, and a full alignment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the start, their customer service stood out. I was in a situation where I needed my truck back as quickly as possible, and the team went above and beyond to make that happen. Instead of waiting on parts delivery, their technicians actually drove out to pick up parts themselves just to keep the job moving. That level of effort and commitment is something you just don’t see often anymore. They had my truck ready for pickup by the very next afternoon, which exceeded my expectations but helped tremendously! Now that it’s been about a month or two since the repairs, I can confidently say everything is holding up great; the truck runs smooth, no issues, and the work was clearly done right the first time.
